Pretty good first half other than the penalties. Hopefully we come out in the 2nd half and keep things rolling on offense and defense.

Last week was good preperation for them.

We are killing ourselves too. The refs made two bad calls and we made two dumb penalties.

This team just looks inspired. They're going to win this thing.

Actually don't we want the quickest possible option with only 8 seconds to go? Rock did the right thing but that last pla call I'm not too sure about.

Huh?

Well they missed one too. If they'd called that one on the guy who hit Moss his would have been offsetting.

We cannot win games making mistakes like this. The 2 x 15 yarders on Moss might cost us this game - that is six points right there.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

yes, that is true, though i would say that while moss's penalty was very dumb, the hit the guy put on him was ludicrously dirty. it might have been "legal" (which i'm not convinced of, we don't see where the ball is in that replay), but it was unquestionably dirty and unnecessary.

obviously moss needs to keep his cool though.

The guy hit Moss before the play ended so that's not a penalty.

Are you sure? I only saw one replay and it was unclear when he hit him..
Bruce has the authority. When Bruce makes the decision, it's a Redskins decision.

Im not sure of the rule but here it goes. I know that when a ball is tipped that DBs can nail WR's for the heck of it.

On that play Brunell bumbled the ball, that rule my apply there too. If thats the case then it was a fair hit on Moss. Better to nail him and make sure he doesn't get it than to hold his hand and let him burn you.

REGARDLESS of the rule Moss should NOT have retaliated.

Whistle blew after the guy hit Moss. Atleast that's what I heard.

Other than the penalties at the end there, good half of football from the Skins. Can't give the Colts half a field of yardage on a drive and get away with it too often, so hopefully the penalties are out of the system. At least some of the penalties come from laying with a little bit of an edge... this team needs the fire... now they just need to use a little more discipline.

Major improvements in all facets... offense, defense and special teams. Of course, it's not hard to improve majorly on the last two week's efforts, but at least it's a step in the right direction.

To be up at the half against the Colts in their house is definitely something to build off of.

Brunell has been solid... hopefully they can just come out in the second half and impose a little bit of will on them with some heavy doses of CP.

It'll take more of the same and even a little bit more in the second...

Oh yeah, awesome punt return from A.R.E... talk about making it look easy..... nice to actually see some good punt coverage to go along with Randle El's electric-ness. yes I made up a word, it seems to fit

This team is pathetic at tackling. This year has been so embarasing. They are clearly not earning their paychecks. I'm having memories of years past.

Gregg Williams needs to donate his entire salary from this year to charity for the pathetic defensive showing this season.

No they drove like that on the first play on the first half too. We need time to get settled and then we'll get back in our grove. That's our weakness but we'll overcome.

Does anyone else want to vomit when they constantly see Brunell have under 100 yards per half.

He's dressed. I'd like to see a few hand offs to Sellers if CP goes out also.
