The Cleveland Browns!

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

The Cleveland Browns!

Post by JPFair »

I was watching the Cleveland/Carolina game next to the Redskins game, and after watching them play, I can honestly say that the Cleveland Browns are one seriously BAD team!! I don't think I've ever seen a team play as bad as they do. They're almost as bad as the Tampa Bay team of the 76 season.

I've been watching them a lot cuz I have a few of their players on a couple fantasy teams, so I've seen them play last year and this year. And, I don't think Romeo Crennel has what it takes. He makes lousy decisions, wastes talent, and makes serious time management mistakes. That whole organization is in a world of trouble unless they do a complete overhaul, which they supposedly did two years ago. I don't see that team doing anything for the next few years.

They're painfully bad!!!!

Isn't this post about the Cleveland Browns instead of the Redskins?

Yeah, they are bad. Here in Philly the Iggles fans like to argue about which city has worse luck - Philly of Cleveland. Isn't that sick? These dopes here in Philly actually like that their teams never win and will argue that Philly is more cursed than Cleveland.

As bad as the Browns are I think they would beat the skins in Cleveland. The Redskins are that bad with Brunell at the helm. At least Charlie Frye gives his players a chance to make a play.

I must disgree on the Browns take. I have watched most of their games this year, as my best friend is a die-hard fan. First of all, they play special teams as good as any team I've seen this year. It seems to me that they are always getting touchbacks on KO's and that ZAstudil is a great punter.

Also, they have Seargent-Major Winslow, who I hate to say is a bad man. Also Braylon Edwards could be uncoverable if he recovers from that knee and focuses a bit more. Frye is a gamer, and D'qwell Jackson and Wimbley are solid rooks. Don't forget they lost their best player, LesCharles Bentley for the year to injury.

I'll end by saying that they could/should easily be 2-3, the same record as us right now. They had that Baltimore game in the bag, but managed to lose somehow. I think they are a very promising young team that could make some noise in the next 2 years.
I can think of at least 10 teams worse than Cleveland IMO:

AZ,DET,GB,SF,TB,BUF,HOU,MIA,OAK,TEN
