Saints game

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Saints game

Post by Hoss »

I don't know how this game will play out but....

There could not have been a better beginning to this game with the TD on a blocked punt. :celebrate:

or what you said....

they will ALWAYS remember how you made them feel.

Wow. Saints are 3-0. Amazing.

Remember last year when we were 3-0 and some sportswriter (I can't remember who exactly but I'm pretty sure he worked for SI) called us the worst 3-0 team in NFL history, in what was one of the most preposterous comments I've ever read?

Well what does he have to say about the Saints?

Last year's Redskins beat the Bears (first round bye), Cowboys (9-7), and Seahawks (NFC Champions), en route to a 3-0 record and were called the worst 3-0 team in NFL history by that moron.

New Orleans beat two terrible teams and an above average Atlanta team at home. So what does that make them?

Nah, I still don't see the Saints as a great team yet.

I mean their first two games were agianst Cleveland and Green Bay, and I think tonight they won off emotion.

And I don't think Brees is that good either.

I think they could go 8-8 maybe, but I highly doubt they'll make the playoffs.

And I don't think NO is the worst 3-0 team in history, their just one of the luckiest 3-0 teams in history.

I don't think NO is the worst 3-0 team in NFL history either air.

I'm just trying to illustrate the ridiculousness of that statement when it was made about us last year. Clearly, the 2005 Redskins had a tougher road to 3-0 than the 2006 Saints.

I think 8-8 is a very realistic final record for them.

I picked Atlanta but I was happy for the Saints.

New Orleans and Louisiana deserved something like this.
