The Washington Redskins ensured that all of their draft choices would be in training camp on time by signing wide receiver Taylor Jacobs, their second-round selection, today.
Agent David Ware said that Jacobs signed a five-year contract worth $4.5 million, including a signing bonus of $1.81 million. The two sides had been haggling in the final stages of negotiations about whether Jacobs would sign a four- or five-year contract.
The Redskins reported to

Is it too late to change the payment terms of the contract to something like:
No signing bonus, no base, and $10,000 per catch in a game.
He'd only cost us something like $150,000/season ...
