All the picks that I have received so far have been entered and the Hognostications section has been updated.
I have received 28 sets of picks so far... 3 of them are new players - doink, kearney420, gus - you guys are supposed to confirm your first set of picks by posting them to a thread but I haven't sen it yet, (but maybe i missed it.)... please check the Hognostications section and make sure your picks are correct. Actually that goes for everybody.
So 25 people who played last week have already made their picks... 31 have not. There are now 59 Hognosticators in the pool.
Remember that the cut off date is tomorrow at 9pm... so get those picks made soon.
I will update the section again on Saturday when all of the picks are in. This will likely end up being the schedule...

Monday night... update NFL results and post weekly and season standings
Thursday - enter picks received so far and shift secxtion data to all reflect this week's match-ups
Saturday - update all picks received

Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.
Just a further note here... I have received several submissions long after the scheduled cut off date. I understand that this whole process is 'new', so I'll allow a little slack in the rope.... but only this week.
The schedule is posted on the Hognosticatins page for all to see. it's fairly easy to remember in that, the scheduled cut off time and date is Friday at 9pm for every week except weeks 12 through 16. Those weeks have early games and consequently, the picks need to be in by Wednesday at 9pm of those weeks.
I respect you all wanting to play, but please try to respect that somebody has to enter all of these picks... and we have decided that the only days we're going to enter those picks are on Thursdays and Saturdays... so from now on... if you're picks aren't in by 9pm on Fridays... you're going 0-for.
Not because we're trying to be difficult, but because we don't need maintaining this pool to be any harder than it already is to keep up to date.
So my recommendation? If you don't have time to put the 'thought' you'd like into your picks... at least pop over to the picksheet page and either hit the 'random picks' button, or the 'All home teams' button or the 'all away teams' button... at least that way you have a chance of getting a couple right instead of 0.
