Im not sure whats happening with the team.
All say this. None of our off season pickups have done jack.

But you can't replace somebody with nobody.

I'm gonna bump this thread in January the day before our first playoff game so we can all share a laugh.

I'd give Patton another try. He can't be as bad as Lloyd has been. At least Patton holds onto the ball. Lloyd can't separate OR hold onto the ball.

Good thing we're playing a clean game. We only get a game-crushing penalty every 6 plays or so...

Let's all cross our fingers and hope our goal line D can force a turnover, pick it up and return it for a TD.

Part of me knows it's just preseason, but do you homers really think it's that simple? The coaches will just flip a switch, and all of the sudden the O-line will actually block someone, the receivers will catch some balls, and the defense will stop laying down like a welcome mat?!?! I hope you're right.

We're gonna be fine dude. Don't sweat it. These games are just glorified practices. They mean nothing.
Does anyone even remember which teams did well in preseason last year and which didnt? I'll be honest: I don't have a clue.

I think this is all just a ploy to trick Minnesota into thinkin that we're really just an average college team.

Another TD for NE. Good thing, too; we almost held 'em, which would've ruined the whole plan!!

Our coaches are better than me, I would have made the entire starting defense play the rest of the game.

No kidding. That was close. We really need to get our starters outta there to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Oh wait, nevermind. The offense is coming on next. No worries of a good play there!
