Testeverde looks like a quarterback, Testeverde acts like a quaterback,
Testeverde even talks like quaterback, but he has the heart of a placekicker.

I believe he was a DT under Joe Gibbs for 4 years, winning a superbowl over the Bills in the '91 season. I'm having a hard time finding good links.

There defintely was one:

Williams, Eric, DT, Washington State (1990-93)

Not sure if it is the same one obviously.

Yes Sir, JansenFan I thank you for your help. This link was the only one I found and as he is currently coaching my son at a private school here in Tyler Texas, I was hoping to find out more about him. I'm the only Redskin fan in this town, that's why I come to TheHogs.net I'm surrounded by cowboy progaganda. Thanks Again!

Eric Williams was a very important defensive player for the '91 SB 26 team. He was brought in from Detroit -- whether a Plan B Free Agent or trade, I can't remember.

Williams essentially replaced Dave Butz as the run-stopping immovable DT when Butz retired. As they used to say, "Dave Butz never goes anyplace he doesn't want to". Williams played the same way.
