Looking for info on my iPod.

I recently purchased the 30gb iPod, and I must say, this thing is AWESOME!!! I should have made this purchase a long time ago. The music is amazing, and the ability to put just about ANYTHING, including vidoes on it is incredible. It has a total capacity of 25,000 songs and 150 hours of video on it. One of the best features is how simple it is to transfer music from your computer to the iPod, and how little time is involved. You can transfer songs or videos simply by placing your CD into the computer with your iPod plugged in and it instantly updates it in a matter of seconds.

Now, here's where I want some information. Because of the ability to create playlists, hear various songs by genre, album, or artists, I want to make this one of my primary sources of music in my condo. I'm thining of purchasing a "Docking station" which allows my iPod music to be played through the speakers of the docking station.

Does anyone have any advice/info on some of the better sounding stations? I heard that the Bose Sound Dock provides excellent sound, and isn't as pricey as most Bose products are, at $299.00. The price range for these docking stations seems to run anyhere from $39.00 up to the Bose at $299.00.

So, anybody have hands on experience with the quality of any particular iPod docking station?


Oh, and those that don't have an iPod need to get one. These things are simply amazing!!! As I said, I got the 30gb which has a maximum storing capacity of 25,000 songs. I'm not sure how much the 60gb stores, but I doubt I'll ever get that amount of music in my lifetime.
