How could you possibly vote Parcells in the top 9 1/2?!? The guy makes pros cry, imagine the damage he'd do to young impressionable egos. He'd raise the suicide rate at whichever college would be stupid enough to hire him.

Because ANYONE with common sense knows that Joe's place is in the Big Leagues. Why even bother wondering if he belongs on the college level? That's like putting spinner rims on an old, beat up Yugo.
He may be #9 on the college poll, but we know who's the #1 pro coach EVAAHHHH!!!

Not really. Bobby Petrino is probably the best offensive mind(Yes, better than Weis.)in college football currently. He could get a ton of jobs in the NFL, but he decided to make his committment to the college ranks and signed a deal with Louisville through like 2015.
