Boss I'm not trying to say Ohalete is the same caliber of player or that he ever will be. I'm just saying for next year if you have the choice to get Lynch or a cheap Ohalete that has produced and he has. Give me Ohalete. It's like comparing Bruce Smith to Wiley. Wiley will never become the player Bruce was but as of today Wiley is a better player than Smith right now. Just because he is old.

I'm done. Have to go home to the wife and kids. Talk to you tomorrow. :D

Do you people know that if we got lynch we could still pick up Taylor cause lynch plays SS and Taylor would play FS. I'm not saying that Ohalete is not good but just imagine Taylor and Lynch as our safetys

Ouch! Gibbs just called the Arrington and Washington OLB team "double jeopardy". Does that mean that adding Taylor and Lynch would result in quadruple jeopardy? A day against those players could really hurt.

Lynch is still a very good player! If you don't know that you don't watch enough football. Furthermore, Bowen and Ohalete play was poor last year and that's why we need to address the safety position. If you don't know that you are just being naive. The more pressing need is still on the defensive line, and the signing of Lynch allows us to address that need in the draft as others have said. For all those reasons I hope Lynch is brought to Washington for a reasonable salary.

Butler would have fit in nicely...then again maybe not. Lynch certainly would make a huge difference in the clubhouse ....the man has gone from the laughing stock to a Super Bowl Champ. He knows how to get under his teammates skin and make an impact the right way. His leadership alone would show Lavar and Co. how to deal with the hardships and glory of being a hog when he retires and leaves the reigns for them. Take all of that and add his skills, I'd sign him in a heartbeat if the price is right. We'll have our chance at getting another Taylor in futrue drafts, or who knows...we might not need one by then.

Taylor should certainly be the pick. Lynch was a great hitting safety but the hits he has dished out have taken a major toll on his body. The reports are he has a issues with his shoulder and neck which will take away from his impact. I hope they steer away from Lynch.
