Congrats to Team Canada
"I never apologize. I'm sorry but that's just the way I am."

The tournament was actually held in my little old home town of London, Ontario.
But i'm stunned that somebody on the board other than me even knew about the tourney.
Gait got 4 goals... ALL in the fourth quarter. He just completely took over the game. (it was 9-8 Canada at the start of the 4th) 15 goals in 5 games in the tourney for Gait... the man is a lacrosse machine!
It's about time we beat the Americans at our own sport.

Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Nah... we don't make the Americans play with their noses in the air either.

In the past, they did play for heads though.

Field lacrosse is great... box lacrosse is better IMO. What an awesome game that is.
The Gait brothers are both amazing lacrosse players. It was great to see the NLL take off, so that more people could see just how great they were/are. The Toronto Rock have COMPLETELY dominated the NLL, so I've been fortunate enough to see some absolutely amazing lacrosse over the last few years. They were bought and moved from Hamilton in 1999 and since then, they've won 5 out of the last 7 championships.

If you've never caught an NLL game... check it out. If you like high speed, fast-paced, aggressive sports... you're sure to tune in more than once.

Ahem... sorry... and way to go Canada!!!!

They play NLL games on Comcast SportsNet at like 100 in the morning sometimes. Other than that, its not an easy sport to find on TV.
RIP 21
