Exactly Art Monk is long overdue. He should have been first ballot in my opinion. How in the world is a three time Super Bowl winner not in. He also led the league all time in most of the reciever stats at the time. There are many reasons why he should be in the thing is the voters are the ones who have to be convinced of this fact. All we can do is hope and do whatever we can.
As far as I'm concerned, Art Monk is already in the Hall of Fame.
Announcement to THN: henceforth, I will refer to him as Hall of Famer Art Monk.
There must be a rule that HOF voters are disqualified if they are insane. Only someone who is insane would vote against Monk. Therefore, all votes against Monk must have been cast by the insane. Therefore, those votes don't count.
Is there a flaw in my logic? If not, then I'm settled.
