Organizing a group of 8 of my "boys" to head on down to Houston to watch our beloved Skins whoop up on some Texan BE-hind this year.
Any of our fellow Skins fans live in or know the area?
Any tips on:
Which airport to fly into? (Coming from DC/Balt area)
What hotel to stay in?
Sneaky ticket hook ups?
Place to get a BIG FAT STEAK?
Place to imbibe on Sat and Sun night?
Any advice for seating in Reliant? (We are thinking club level)
Thanks for your support!!

Have pet sitting needs in Rockville, Gaithersburg, Olney or Montgomery Village? Contact me. I own Fetch! Pet Care of Rockville - Gaitthersburg.
We recently took our honeymoon which included a couple days in Houston. NO PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION (and not very walkable)! If you go anwhere it's either by cab or your own damn car. So, unless you have the big bucks I'd stay out of downtown (though it's nice and I could recommend a nice hotel there, if you insist) - Consider trying to base around the airport and/or stadium area. This would save you some dough and some hassle.

I would have said Casserley. But I think he is leaving town pretty quickly these days...wormer wrote:Any of our fellow Skins fans live in or know the area?

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Do you have any idea how far it is from El Paso to Houston? they might as well be in different parts of the country.
In Texas terms, they are reasonably close. In our terms, they are a long way. Common bumper sticker: "Everything's bigger in Texas". Correct reading: "Everything's farther away in Texas".
