T.O.s best year

I hate to say it but I know T.O. is going to have his best year yet. I hope Taylor will be around and just injures him on a tackle not a season ending one but an injury to keep him out a couple games. Springs and Taylor over the top should do trick. Archuletta will also help keep him in check. Also I think the Cowgirls O-line took a hit with Larry Allen leaving so that should mean pressure from Griffs area and if our Rookie Rodger Macintosh and Andre Carter pan out they should be providing pressure on Bledsoe all day. T.O. will have his best year yet just not against us. Anywayz Cowboyz suck.....Im out....

Celebrate TO on a Pukes board. Reedeemed and I are driving the bandwagon early this year. Redskin1 is in the back cooking hot dogs, Jake is on the roof looking for Eagles fans to run over, FFA is stringing up someone as I speak and we're about to pick up Jackson.

I think TO is ready and motivated to play hard, could and wants to have his best year but it depends on Drew and he is a big question mark. IMO

If T.O. is going to have his best year yet, I think it'll be aimed primarily at the Eagles, simply due to his dissatisfaction with them. I think he'll try even harder against them, and because he's more familiar with their defense, he'll probably be more effective against them. Remember, he doesn't have any particular grudge with the Redskins, and he's such a poor "team" player that I don't see him buying into the Redskins-Cowpies rivalry.

T.O. is older. This may well be the last contract he signs with a team. Unless he's on the Barry Bonds "training" regimen, which'll help him improve as he ages, I really find it hard to believe that his best year is yet to come.

He's been plagued by injuries in recent years, and he's no spring chicken. Keep in mind, too, that there will be many out there gunning for him.

"Granite", his production could be near the top of the league at the WR position, but he will not revolutionize anything this year.

Well, if history is any indication, T.O. should take care of them on his own -- in practice, during meetings, through the media, in print. As a matter of fact, if the team implodes in Dallas because of T.O.s antics, perhaps we should pick up some of the tab on T.O's contract. He could turn into our MVP when we play the cowgirls.

I like how the only major perception of Dallas' "imminent failure" is TO attacking teammates and coaches the way he was allowed to in Philly and San Fran. If that's the biggest reason why the Cowboys will fail, well they oughta win the damn Super Bowl. :roll:

T.O. signed a bunch of 1 year contracts so if it doesnt work it wont hurt either side because T.O. will just sign somewhere else the next year.

So he'll tone it down and BP will deal with him with a heavier hand that Reid did. This should get that team in Texas three fourths into the season be the nut does something. Rest assured T.O. will be T.O. and it will be a issue at some point in 2006

Carpenter and Fasano were good picks but they don't play on the line. Unless there is a unmentioned plan to convert Montavious Stanley to the other side of the line. Bledsoe ain't getting any quicker thats for sure, and you have no O-line depth.

T.O. may not be the down fall in the Lone Star State but if that line doesn't whole up long enough for Drew to get him the ball. He sure won't be one of those that are trying to keep things together when/if they fall apart.

Dude, last season they played 16 games with an 6 round rookie at Right Tackle and another 10 with a third year undrafted player as their left tackle. You're gonna sit there and tell me that Flozell Adams and Jason Fabini don't make that line immensely better?

They've got O-line depth that suits me just fine. My one concern is guard depth because I don't trust Rivera's back right now, even though everyone says he's 100%. But other than that, I see two solid tackles, with two guys who have experience backing them up, youth on the inside and enough vets where they're not gonna look stupid.

I'm more worried about Bledsoe and his wanting to hold onto the ball for ten seconds than the line protecting him, and quite frankly, he has no excuse to do that anymore given the weapons he has now.

Keep in mind for all the crap they had thrown at them last season, they were merely a halfway decent kicker from winning three more games last year.

They signed Vanderjagt.

It suits you find except guard depth... so it's OK to have no depth at a postion that is manned by a 10 year vet with a bad back. What happens if Groude also misses some snaps?

That's what Al Johnson is for, if Johnson doesn't start. Johnson SHOULD start, in which case Gurode backs both him and Rivera up. I'm still waiting on Stephen Peterman, though. Third year, time to either show he has it or get lost.

Bledsoe doesn't like to "force" passes, what can I tell you? It drives me up a freakin' wall. But I guess it's better than throwing 2 or 3 picks a game because you're trying to make a play.

FLo doesn't need to learn anything other than how not to be lazy. They're really high on Kosier and have been since they signed him, so it doesn't seem to be a concern.

Health is the only issue. They stay healthy, it's a good line. It gets gutted again like last year, well, you saw the result. That's what happens. Oh well, won't happen two years in a row, and even if it did...again, even through all the injuries and lack of playmakers offensively, save Witten and Glenn, the difference between a 9 win season and a 12 win season was a f&%$in' kicker.

They're much better, simple fact.

It's like the TO signing. I don't like the player (He gets drunk and runs his mouth too much, not to mention has choked in the clutch) but when you look at the alternative...

He's like the A-Rod of kickers...great in the regular season, disappears come playoff time.

Hoping Parcells makes a man out of him...or something like that.
