DEON GRANT OR SEAN TAYLOR
What is the word on Deon Grant..At first i thought he was at the top of our list now i havent seen his name anywhere for the last 4 days.Boy that 5 pick is going to be interesting if we dont sign Grant. I know that trading down looks obvious but if Taylor falls to 5 i cant see us passing up on possibly the best player in draft.

True cjpck... I think that we are going to trade down at this point, as was mentioned in a recent article. Gibbs was saying that he had already been looking at doing that since well before FA started.
That is why I think they were talking Grant - they knew we wouldn't be in a position to sign Taylor.

Cleveland Browns: Defensive tackle Gerard Warren restructured his contract, giving the Browns more flexibility under the salary cap.
Warren is heading to his fourth season in the NFL. He was a first-round draft pick in 2001.
The Browns also met with six free agents Saturday: running backs Brandon Bennett, Terrelle Smith and Reuben Droughns; defensive end Ebenezer Ekuban; and safeties Deon Grant and Scott McGarrahan.
That makes things a little more interesting.

Im going to say I would rather have Deion Grant only because I still feel that we need more D line help and I would love to see us trade down to the 10th spot to acquire an extra pick since we might only have 1 and take Kenechi Udeze!! This guy is a flat out monster! He terrorized opponents last year and had 16.5 sacks!! Hail to the Redskins!!
"SUCK FOR LUCK"
I think since we will be trading our first round pick, we won't get Taylor so we will probably get Deon Grant. That's not how I wanted it to unfold but that's the most likely option.
