You Know What
I am so tired of hearing these so called experts giving out draft grades and hearing all of the negative feedback about the skins. Its really getting pointless to talk about it because it seems like its us against the world when it comes to the so called experts.Everything we needed we picked up in free agency.Everybody we got of major emphasis is in ther mid twenties.its like getting a draft pick with a couple of years in the league that are great players. We got are major player we wanted in Mcintosh. He will probally start from day one and will be a heck of a player. So all these so called experts and bandwagon skin fans, just give it a rest and watch joe work his magic.

I think Rocky will turn out to be the best all around LB of the three. I would really like to see McCune get a shot...and I also think Clemons has good physical attributes.
Seems like we're pretty stacked with solid Lb's. Khary Campbell is solid as well.
Holdman is the weakest link. I hope he becomes expendable behind McIntosh, McCune & Clemons...we could use another veteran defensive back.

Here's a fun exercise I recently did. I tried to see what the "draft experts" did with grades in recent drafts.
For instance, here's how the 2003 Redskins draft went. This was during the Spurrier regime. That time never happened, by the way.
Hmm. Jacobs is a bust. Wasn't healthy for 2 of the 3 years, and this year did nothing. However, he was considered as a "great value" pick in the 2nd round, since he was seen as a late 1st rounder.
Derrick Dockery stepped into the LG spot as a rookie, and has started since. Decent player, nothing special.
Gibran Hamdan plays in NFL Europe, and is on the Seattle Seahawks roster.
All 3 still in the NFL. One decent starter, one 3rd string QB (7th rounder), and one about to be cut WR.
hahah
And here's Mel Kiper's post-draft review: A
Coles was traded (for Moss, which has worked out for us). Canidate sucked. Bowen was cut this year, and Haley was cut in 2004. And if Taylor Jacobs was a steal....

Washington Redskins: A
The Redskins showed this year that teams don't necessarily have to use their draft picks to get college players. They got Laveranues Coles in return for their first-round pick and Trung Canidate in for their fourth-rounder, while Washington got Matt Bowen for a sixth-round choice and Jermaine Haley for a seventh-rounder. Plus, Taylor Jacobs was one of the steals of the draft at 44th overall.
