This is not new but I thought I'd share it with all of you, just in case you never heard of it before.
Persons in the medical field are encouraging folks with cell phones to insert the acronym "ICE" with a person's name and contact number. "ICE" stands for "in case of emergency".
If you are ever in an accident and unable to respond/communicate, paramedics will look for this on your cell phone and call the person you designate.
I, for one, think it's a great idea and I modified my phone immediately upon hearing it. There are a lot of articles out there on the Internet about this.
