I watch this guy in college. As a return man, their is no better in the draft. He single-handedly beat the Gators one year with 2 kickoff returns .
He never really had a steady position in college though
Receiver, running back, corner, return man.
Great burst of speed, good hands and natural athlete.
In the right system and with time, he could mature into a Dante Hall type player.Maybe a 3rd down receiver, or 4th wide-out in again, the right system

He doesn't actually have a set position though.
