Game: Give the 'Skins a new name.

If you had to pick a new name for the Redskins, what would it be. (Sorry, it's the off season)

My picks:
1. Washington Woodchucks
2. Washington Wombats
3. Washington Wiggers (Seriously, have you BEEN to a game lately?!!)

*******Note: This has NOTHING to do with the typical 'Redskin' name controversy that seems to get legs every couple of years. I just thought it might be a fun exercise.

I like the Americans name.
Warriors, Hogs, and Razorbacks
(yes, I was raised in Arkansas)
are also good names.

I like the logo. Reminds me of
my late granpa.

How about no name change, but add a disclaimer!

The Washington (with the utmost respect to Native Americans) Redskins.

By the way, I have a problem with the term Native American. I was born here my parrents, their parrents, and their parrents were all born here too. So doesn't that make me more of a Native American, than an Irish American? When you get right down to it, no ethnic group is "native" to North America the only difference is time and mode of transportation. So if your ancesters walked here instead of taking a boat does that make you Native American!
