i hear its gonna be used not only for what they discuss in the article but possibly for attacking ground targets like anti aircraft weapons and radar and large transports and the like.

Oh...oh all those other countries better watch out. America has another weapon to use when blowing things up. This will only increase other nations to up their military spending as well and try to attain WMD for defensive purposes.

A country like Russia will no doubt try to equal/exceed this. But since they are low on cash I wouldn't be surprised if they sell some information for money. I wish people would just stop building weapons. It usually does more harm than good.
