Meshawn visited NY Giants yesterday in search of a US$3 million per year contract for three years. Negotiations broke down on the issue of guaranteed money. Apparently, age was a factor that did not allow the G-strings to offer him a 3-year contract with guaranteed money.
He left NY without a contract yesterday for visits with Carolina and Seattle.
