Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

"Oh, they'll listen because Joe Gibbs will make them listen - just his presence in the room.....if you're upbeat and you're a hard worker, your players will be. Toughness is contagious." - Joe Bugel
If anyone can deal with To it is Parcells. He has dealt with LT with the Giants if u don't think he was a head case just look and study his behavior. Than he had Terry Glen at New England, than Byran Cox and Keyshaun who was To before To became To, than he coached at Dallas with Glenn and Keyshaun. If someone can turn To around it is Parcells.
I think you're right about how Parcells handles problems but Owens' problems do not have anything to do with the others around him whether they are teammates or coaches. His problem is himself - he cannot change what he is, no one can. He is a self centered, ego driven, cancer. He is not a teammate.
I think he will help them just like he did in Frisco and in Philly but eventually someone on that team is going to pay a price - How much? - that remains to be seen, but I would not be happy to see someone who does not like playing as a contributor to a team concept like this guy is, on our team.
This guy is the reason I do not like players who think they are more important than the players around him. Players like Jerry Rice make your team better - what has this idiot or anyone like him ever achieved?
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

TUNA'S T.O. SILENCE IS DEAFENING
With each passing hour, the failure of Cowboys coach Bill Parcells to say something/anything about the team's acquisition of receiver Terrell Owens will be interpreted by league insiders -- and most importantly the other players on his team -- as the absence of an endorsement of the decision of owner/G.M. Jerry Jones to throw a lasso around a maverick with a belly full of loco weed.
As one league source who watched the video of the press conference told us, "If Parcells was onboard he either would have been there or at least had a prepared statement. When Owens was asked what Parcells had said to him he basically admitted he really hadn't talked to him. Now don't you think that if Parcells really wanted him he would have at least had a conversation or two with him?"
And in response to the various Cowboys fans who reminded us that Parcells hasn't attended any of the press conferences introducing new players in his three seasons with the team, this one is a little bit different, don't ya think?
At a bare minimum, there should have been something from Parcells to indicate his imprimatur of this specific personnel move.
As we explained last night, there are players who are not inclined to welcome Owens onto the team, and they are interpreting the Tuna's silence as a license to dislike the entire situation.
Has anyone heard from BP on this?

He prefers to leave that to the blowhard (JJ).
What's so hard to understand about that?
He would have said something by now.
When has he not?
He's done it before...disappeared for days at a time.
The guy's on vacation, if not for all the CBA nonsense, this wouldn't be an issue. He scheduled time off for this week thinking he was gonna have all the stuff done a week ago.
Can't help it that the small time owners screwed everything up.
Moot point because you won't see of hear of him again until draft day.

This is bad news, in my opinion. I guess I'm the only Skins fan that thinks he will clean up his act, play hard and help the team. But, even if I'm right I still think we have a way better team then Dallas
Good lord... this is the biggest "so what?" issue to see daylight since... TO went to the Eagles. SO WHAT???? TO is an outstanding talent... both on the football field, and as a destroyer of team chemistry. Is he so much of an increase in talent over Meshawn that it's worth risking that? If he's such a difference maker, then answer this...
How many Superbowl rings does TO wear?
Crap... the sky is falling...
well, at least it is in Dallas... they just don't know it yet.

Gregg usually has a way of making the big mouth recievers go home with nothin much to talk about...
The Cowboys will be a team to recon with. Let's not forget that they barely missed the playoffs, and they are adding some good players. Although GW and Shawn Springs have done a great job with him, let's not forget that they will compete for the NFC East with us, and TO will make a lot of teams look bad. I don't like it.
As for the Eagles, I think Donovan is the real cancer on that team. He sucks up to the media pretty well, but when it comes down to it, he likes it when everyone considers him the only important person on that offense, a one man show. Too bad it shows last year, what the offense is really like with that one-man show. Honestly, McMahon seemed to do just as well with that team as McNabb did.

TO hasn't and won't do much damage (if any) to the Skins, we kept them out of the post season last year and we'll do it again if they get in our way. That team in Texas has made major strides in upgrading thier O-line and that's where it starts. That's what worries me more

This is the standard reaction post TO. The fans(if you want to call them that) backed McNugget in his dispute with TO and anyone getting the backing of Iggles fans will have a stench about them

Not all of the fans backed McChunky. Hell, half his teammates didn't.
Don't forget that Terry Glenn is better than any WR the Eagles have.
