Redskins One at Midway right now

Hey everybody, I just got a call from a friend in Chicago. He said that Redskins One is on the runway at Midway right now. I know Randle El is from Chicago, but I thought he already went home. Does anyone know who else we might be after in Chicago? Jerry Azumah - CB, Hunter Hillenmeyer - LB, Terrance Metcalf - OG, and Bobby Gray - S are all Bears FAs that could fill needs. Anyway, I just figured I'd throw the info out there...

Hunter is a RFA so I doubt it's him...

Though, if this story is true, Azumah would be an excellent backup CB.

Yeh if Redskins One is out there in Chicago then its almost undoubtedly AZUMAH...wow getting him would give me heart attack, we're looking for high-quality guys here! SWEEEEEEEEEEET! :lol:

If Randle El left D.C. for Chicago this weekend, then they might be flying him back for his 2 p.m. press conference.

I doubt we will get Azumah. I heard he might retire due to his injury problems. He is very talented, though.

Well, it looks like Jake is right. I posted on the Washington Post's message board too and someone said that they were picking up Randle El for the press conf today and that the plane in Chi had been mentioned last night. Oh well, I thought I had a scoop on something.
