Post by EA7649 »

This is the a video of his career.

I remember i was watchn a game in his rookie year against the seahawks his feet fer inches away from being out of bounds and he was on like a 20 degree angle falling down and caught the ball with 1 hand! and it was bullet from Garcia. Ill tell you when i find the video.

I found the video of his career. the first catch in the video was the one you will never believe he did it!

I like the one handed catch better. I believe that was more impressive.

He is a credible threat on the other side.

Snatana Moss is probably the happiest Redskin fan right now!

I voted OTHER. I am an old enough fan to have seen several of our former receivers do wonders, when it counted.

Now if we could only get somebody to throw te ball that far ACCURATELY.

How will David Patten fit in with this addition?? I bet if Brunell spreads out the ball Patten will have a great season.

We're going to run a lot of three and even four WR sets. Patten will definately be seeing a lot of playing time unless we get Randle El. Even then he'll be playing.

I liked the one handed grab he made that when he didn't get into the endzone.

If this guy makes 3 or 4 of those plays this comming season he will be worth the trading price. I am quite happy with our WR stsus now. We will have 2 speedsters (Moss & Patten) with a talented posession/playmaker in Lloyd. Cooley & Sellers will continue to be our redzone keys.

I'm glad we got him. We don't need him to change the world. he'll be a good roll player and thats all we need because we have the playmaker in Moss.

This guy is talented, and to think he never had a quality QB throwing him the ball.

All he has to do now is keep his mouth shut and mature a little bit, especially in the locker room.

Exactly! I just hope he doesnt act up. But if he can stay in line and not piss off other teamates, then i am very pumped about picking him up!

I also love this pickup. I think Brandon may challenge Moss for fan favorite here. His attitude should mellow with Gibbs coaching him and by being on a real team with great player leadership. I was hoping for a Randle El or something. This is much better IMO.

SF was a young team. He'll get shut down by the vets on this team if he tries any locker room BS. I'm very excited to see him come on board. And yes, Patten will be in his element as #3. He'll have a great year.

This guy can play ... when he focuses on the catch. He has a history of some drops - I hope its a focus thing 'cause that can be worked on.

The "WEAK LINK" here is Brunell. Can he throw that far - consistently? He's know more for short to medium passes. He's one year older now. He was having a lot of trouble at the end of last season. Granted Moss was often doubled up on, but he doesn't have the are he used to have - or to last all season. Thats why they need to get JC in there - early rather than later.
