Just need a little help on a silly issue.

Sometimes when I respond to threads, I want to use that little "whistlin'" emoticon. When I click on it, nothing happens, however. He's the only guy I can't use.

Any suggestions?

It probably has something to do with the " character being misinterpretted. (I'm not sure that's a word, but I digress).
