Jeb Putizer
I know we have no cap room what so ever but you think we got a chance to sign him. I think the skins wanted him when he was a restricet free agent and i think we really need a good blockin and catching combo TE, but then again im jsut fan so who knows whats right

I like jeb a lot.
He has a reputation here in Colorado for being a go-to guy over the middle who can take the most vicious hits without losing the ball.
He's also a decent blocker.

We don't need a TE?
Our starting TE who has been substandard for a few seasons is a free agent.
We have no legit TE's on the roster, do you think Robert Johnson is good enough?

Hello, ever heard of Chris
ey?
He's just going to convert back to TE! Saunders has said as much by saying that he sees him doing similar things as what Gonzalez did in KC.
ey will play TE!
Anyway, as the season went on last year
ey was used more and more in a pure TE position and he thrived in it. At the end of the season he rarely lined up in the backfield and when he did he would usually go in motion into a TE position.

TE right now is more of want than a need. I think we need depth at more important positions and impact player/s at atleast one other more important position.
Plus we dont know how our current crop of players will excel with the revamped offense. If we can get a heck of a rookie for cheap thats cool but we need not sell the barn for a TE.
The road to the number 1 pick gaining speed!

You're reading an awful lot into those statements. Anyway, here's some free advice. Those two posts could have been combined!
Instead of saying: "We don't need a TE" which says NOTHING and brings NO value to the conversation you could have said something like:
"I don't think we need a TE, because it's my opinion that Saunders will use

To which I may have responded "Cooley lacks the speed and height Gonzalez has. I don't know how feasible that is, but regardless, having either a blocking TE, or another weapon like Putzier would be nice, as long as we don't break the bank."
See how you share your opinions and engage in conversation without appearing adversarial?

Well, we don't need a TE
No, I see what you're saying, but Gonzalez is a rare player.
ey isn't as fast but he brings A LOT to the table. He is great at finding holes in the zone and he is very hard to bring down when he has the ball in his hands. Those two facts go a long way to make up for any lack of speed that he may have. What's more, he has great hands.
In fact, the only real weakness I see in his game is his open field blocking. That is why he is used less in an H-back position and more in a TE role. He isn't good at being a lead blocker but he is very good when he lines up on the end of the O-line.
Finally, Putzier is certainly no Gonzalez either.

You'll get no argument from me on how awesome
ey is (Check my avatar) but TE is still important seeing as we have no real backups IMO.
I do like Robert Johnson as a backup a lot though, I think one more good blocker, or guy like Jeb Putzier would be really nice to have on this offense, and shouldn't be too expensive... but WR is our biggest need.
