A draft day steal...

Post by skinsfan308 »

Greg Lee WR Pitt http://cbs.sportsline.com/collegefootba ... age/432478

This kid has all the tools that a WR needs. Fun to watch play too. Has a ton of highlight reel catches. I think he is getting overlooked because Pitt struggled this year. Being a Penn State fan this is tuff for me to say, but it think he is the real deal and would look awesome in burgandy and gold. Any thoughts?

He has good size and his stats are good.
How fast is he and does he have good hands?

Notice one thing - Most of this guy's biggest statistical days are in big games. 142 yds, 2 tds versus West Virginia, 101 yds v. Nebraska, 130 yds v. Rutgers, 95 @ Louisville.

Bring me a big game playmaker any day, no more of the Taylor Jacobs or D Pattens who disappear in big games. Snatch this guy up in the 4th.

I'll tell you a draft day steal that would be the guy to take the skins back to the Super Bowl... Erik Meyer (Eastern Washington)

WRs rarely contribute in their first year out of college. If we're looking for help across from Moss in 2006, I think we need to look at free agency.

However, I still maintain that a health David Patten is a better, more affordable option than any WR we'll find available.
