Being that air hog isn't here but we know his pick, i'll go ahead and make it for him to kick off the draft...

... with the first pick overall, the Houston Texans select running back Reggie Bush from USC.

So with the third pick overall, the Titans select QB Vince Young from Texas.

I've got to run off for a bit, sorry. Hopefully Cooley 47 shows up otherwise, we'll have to go to the 'pick when you feel like it' format.

Geepers guys... this is ridiculous... I'll make one more attempt to get this thing going and then cancel it officially if it doesn't result in anything more than me making every pick or posting someone's pick that they have sent me by PM with their list of options. If I wanted to do a mock with myself... I'd keep doing what I'm doing now.

So with the 5th pick overall.... the Green Bay Packers can't pass up the opportunity to protect young QB Rodgers with a stud and select OT D'Brickashaw Ferguson from Virginia.

With the 6th pick overall... the Oakland Raiders don't want to reach to Jay Cutler for a QB option and start trying to patch a porous defense with OLB A.J Hawk from Ohio State.

That puts ea7649 and the 49ers on the clock...

... sooo since A.J. Hawk is off the market, with the 7th pick, the San Francisco 49ers GM EA7649 selects DeMeco Ryans, Outside Linebacker from Alabama.

With the 8th pick overall... the Buffalo Bills feel that they can pass on Haloti Ngata and fill their void at DT threw the Free Agent market. So to increase their pass rush opposite Aaron Schobel and get to the QB, they will go with DE Tamba Hali from Penn State.

That puts thaiphoon and the Detroit Lions on the clock...

With the 14th Pick the Eagles despair (ha ha) that Len Dale White is gone and don't think Santonio Holmes is a number 1 WR and so select Chad Greenaway OLB from Iowa to add some real speed on the outside
