Good Luck Ramsey

Post by tbowden64 »

Its a shame Gibbs didnt give Pat a chance this year. Could you imagine Pat throwing the ball downfield. Making plays where we would blow out people. Instead we had Marky Mark that if Santana were not there he would be the same old MM last year. Oh, thats right Gibbs said he was hurt last year. Are you a dumbass Joe???? If your leader is hurt, put in someone, like a healthy Ramsey, that can make plays. Oh, dejvu, the playoffs this year. Brunell couldnt hit the broadside of a barn, and threw away more passes than Paris Hilton at a Redneck bar. Give us fans a break, and I guess you are. You see the film. You fired yourself and brought in Saunders. Those Nascar fumes got to you when you stay with YOUR GUY. Ramsey is not YOUR GUY so he's outta here. Go Brad, Trent, Lang, Barber, Smith, there are many others that Snyder let go. Say it aint so Joe...But Marky Mark is and will not be the answer. You said Jason C could have come in any time and produced. Well then when you were getting your ass kicked by the Giants, we all know that one, why did you put in Pat. Put in Jason, and see what he has. Evidently the guy wasnt ready for that....Its OK Joe. We still love you. You dont know what your doing and thats why you made the switch to Saunders. Put in Jason and let the future begin. Patrick will kick ass somewhere where that strong arm and determination will yield a winner...Thanks Pat for putting up with some awfull coaches...Terry

But what you say about Gibbs makes me question your intelligence on so man levels. Not cool… your appreciation for what our coach has done is very disrespectful and on top of that, you need to do some soul searching about your so call “beloved REDSKINS”… (i assume your a SKINS fan) Be true… to your team and coach…. Read up on Football and realize who your talking about!

You both made good points, however I do agree with the fact Joe fired himself by hiring Saunders to call the plays. By this move i think it could mean the end of Mark starting days, he won't fit the new style of offence that Saunders will want to run.

Well said Punu! I agree, tbowden64 should
do a little reading, so he can get some solid facts before he runs his mouth.

You must not have read his other post saying the same thing. Talking about how gibbs has lost it and ramsey would have won us the superbowl  . But the worst is when he said that mark couldnt have made that 70 yard TD throw agaisnt the giants. Sorry dude, but that throw was Hooooorrible! It was behind and high. Santana made an amazing catch and the fact the ball was thrown so behind him was the reason we was able to break free and go the distance. Ramseys not that cute dude, whats up with the man crush?

Good luck tbowden64, in pre-school. Ramsey is a great person and a decent player with potential. Don't make him out to be Joe Montana who comes into save the day and bring us to the promised land. We made huge strides this year. The team and most real fans see what we're building here and they believe in our coaches. Go back to school and learn a thing or two.

This comes from a "so called Redskins Fan"? Sounds more like a Cowboy fan.

Many of us have slightly different opinions about players which is part of the fun of being a sports fan. BUT Mark Brunell is a veteran QB who deserves some respect as a leader and Joe Gibbs has nothing to prove to any of us. Patrick meanwhile has something to prove and I wish him well - we`ll see what happens next year whether with us or somewhere else.
Lets go Redskins !

Hey buddy, we did make the playoffs didn't we? Or was I just dreaming???

If we were 1-15 this year, I'd totally agree with your post, but face it, we're not. This season was by far what I expected from the Redskins. I thank Joe for what he has done and what he plans to do in the future. Expect Saunders to change it up, blow it up on offense and finally become a fully loaded team. Last year, we only had a defense and half of an offense. We were still able to make it out as 10-6. Think what we can do when we have a stronger offense and the same defense? We'd be in Detriot right now!
"I was on the sideline and guys were talking about the score, and then it hit me -- we won by 21. I came in the locker room and I yelled it out, and immediately I just kind of broke down in tears. Because I miss Sean, you know."

There is no way this bone head is a Skins fan... no frigg'in way!!

Listen ACE: Mr. Gibbs' first and only agenda when he came here only two years ago was as he stated "to bring the Redskins back to a level of respectability."

In two, hear me two, very short years Joe has done what he set out to do. Now all of the NFL has the Redskins as potential SB contender. I'm not so myopic as to think we'll get there with out some addtional moves, but again the NFL and fans around the world respect this organization.

Bringing in Saunders, was another of the bricks used to build the strong foundation that will keep this team respectable for years to come.

I saw, as many posters on this site saw, which of the two QB's were performing better during last years training camp... and that was Brunell. No way does Ramsey lead us into the playoffs this past season... just no way.

So save your hyperbol for some other site... leave us be with our current winner... Mark Brunell.
LET'S GET'ER ON GO!!
