He is a softee..he's injury prone and he doesn't get separation for whatever reason. I wouldn't start him. I would look for a playmaker to play opposite Moss, who is tough, runs good routes and a hard worker.
A guy like Eric Moulds or perhaps a top young talent to Mold.
I am on the Moulds bandwagon big time.... The first thing I thought of this year when he had the falling out with the Bills was he would look great in Burgundy and Gold... Moulds is still serviceable... He isn't as dominant as he was but will fill the void of a possesion receiver perfectly... he is the kind of guy that will catch 6 balls for 80 yards... We need a receiver that will help move the chains.... Getting a rookie WR makes no sense... they usually take 3 seasons in the NFL to blossom... we need something now!
