My children, gather round! No retreat, no surrender; that is Spartan law. And by Spartan law we will stand and fight... and die. A new age has begun. An age of freedom, and all will know, that 300 Spartans gave their last breaths to defend it!

Moss
Griffin (when he was out, we struggled - I know, lobbying isn't allowed!)
Sellers.

Wow, Santana Moss for the defensive and special teams players of the year too?

Personally, I didn't think he was good enough to give him all 3 honors.
Sean Taylor was one of a kind, may he rest in peace.

Offense: Portis: 1,500 yards from a guy who supposedly can't play in Gibbs system
Defense: Marshall for filling the role of Pierce and plugging what most experts said would be a gaping hole in the D
Special teams: Mike Sellers, just a nod to his all-around season
RIP Sean Taylor

I was thinking of Sellers also but Jimoh actually becoming a decent contributor all around was more shocking imo.

Offense - Moss
Defense - Too many to choice rationally so I am going to root for Griff! Such a nice guy on interviews and how we suffered when he wasn't in the lineup

NO just offense, I thought you would see that I didn't do defense and special teams player of the year, but since you couldn't, than I am telling you now. I didn't do special teams or defense.

Moss - single-handedly transformed our offense

Washington - the most underrated player in the NFL, in my opinion

Jimoh -

Moss (he made Brunell a better quarterback with some of his catches)
Washington (the leader)
Jimoh (late season big hits helped him edge out Sellers)

Tough on offense. Moss making adjustments on passes or Portis picking up blocks to give Brunell a chance to pass... Gotta go with Moss, simply because in Week 2 it was his play that gave us the "W" at Dallas.

Defense, no question, Marcus Washington.

Special teams, I gotta give the nod to Jimoh, even though I'd called for his head during the season. It's looking like he's coachable, and buying into the system.
R.I.P. Andrew McDonough 9/3/92 - 7/14/07. Love & miss you, #20.

My choices:

Offense: M. Brunell (our offense went the way he went mostly for good but also bad a few times due to injuries).

Defense: C. Griffin (our defense was different with/without him).

Just to be different but highly deserving also:

ST: L. Betts
