PANCAKES!!!!!

Post by Chris Luva Luva »

So I just heard that IHoP (International House of Pancakes for the Pancake Unwise) has an "All-You-Can-Eat" deal, where you can have whatever flavor pancakes until you are full.

My questions to you all:

A. What flavor would you order if you had to "stick with that flavor till the end".

B. How many Pancakes do you think you could eat? (If you were of an average hunger)

C. How many will actually ask for a "Second Helping" to be brought to the table?

I would order the old fashion flavor, and probably eat like 4-6 'cakes. (They usually serve like 3-5 anyway, so it wouldn't be like I'd be eating double or anything... *uurp*)

"Let the feast begin!"

In other news, the 6 pc nuggets being on the dollar menu at McDonald's is going to OWN!

I love pancakes but I can only eat a few before I'm full. I would choose buttermilk and eat maybe 5 or 6.

I would pick the Chocalate Chip Pancakes, but I could probably only eat 3-4.

For some reason, I get full off pancakes as well.

That's truly, truly sad. Isn't that why we had kids in the first place ? To get the garbage taken out, the dishes done and supper made ? ROTFALMAO

I prefer pancakes when served on a rabbit's head.

lol, c'mon BH answer the question.

You're Canadian! Your ability to eat pancakes should be a source of pride for you!

Don't be ashamed yo say you can only eat 1 or 2 pancakes, because the layman doesn't realize that in Canada pancakes are made in giant prying pans specially cast for Paul Bunyan.

1 or 2 Canadian pancakes is actually like 500-1000 of the American version...

*Please note, those sissy crepes, while good, are not actually "pancakes"[/i]

Actually... I'm just kind of scared to ask what size pancakes you guys are talking about because I fear the embarassment.

I actually ate 19 pancakes in a sitting once.... but they were only about 5 or 6 inches in diameter.

I had to eat two apples to get the taste of maple syrup out of my mouth.

My little brother ate 18.

My parents hated us.

So I hope you guys are talking about bigger pancakes... like SF55 said, I normally eat a 12" pancake... and couldn't likely eat more than 4 or 5 of those.

Somehow, I think this is setting up a Training Camp pancake-eating showdown.

Personally, I think I'd eat 2 of IHOP's shortstack's in one sitting (perhaps 2.5), with butter and plenty of maple syrup. Yum!!

I don't know how many I can eat. I usually get tired of the syrup after a stack or two. At IHOP, I typically eat all the other food and then dfinish off with the stack of pancakes you get, so theoretically I should be able to eat 3 stacks if I skipped the big omelet and side of hash browns and usually a side of corn beef hash.

As long as my mother isn't making them, I'm good for about 12. And since she's dead, that's a safe guesstimate.
