This is how bad the Cowboys are!

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

This is how bad the Cowboys are!

Post by hkHog »

The 2005 San Fransisco 49ers may be the worst team in the history of the modern NFL. Over an entire season no team has ever been outgained by their opponents by as many yards as this year's 49ers team (a 2672 yd differential). They are ranked 32nd in both total offense AND total defense.

However, somehow they did manage to sweep the St. Louis Rams, the same team that just beat the Cowboys 20-10 IN DALLAS!!! Wow, the Cowboys REALLY suck. At least now that their season is over they can get back to Brokeback Mountain where they belong!

I wish I had photoshop skills. I'd do up the Brokeback Mountain movie poster with Parcells and Jerry as the "stars" and Texas Stadium in the background.

Slow down here.

- The Saints fans called their beloved team the "ain'ts" for good reason.

- The early year Bucs hardly ever won, and, it pains me to mention it, but:

- The 1960 Redskins went 1-9-2, with their only victory a win over the first year Dallas Cowboys.

- The 1961 Redskins went 1-12-1. They lost their first nine (count 'em...9) games, then tied the second-year-Cowboys, and won their first game in their 14th and last game against...the Cowboys. They were shutout three times, including a 53-0 loss in New York.

They were in the playoff hunt during the last week of the season. That's a lot better than the chances other teams had.
In fact going into the last game of last season we were in the hunt for a playoff spot and or odds weren't as good as that team in Texas chances were this year. Don't get me wrong Parcells is no Joe Gibbs but they ain't that far off, and as long as they wear that Star they will come to play when they face us.
