Skins line is +2.5 according to vegas

Post by skinsRin »

The line is skins + 2.5 points and I love it. I live in Tampa and I was at the game a couple of months ago. Sims had the game of his life, throwing for a million yards and extremely accurate aswell. Now being post season and all the pressure that comes with it, I think he and the bucs will fold even at home. Sims always folded in the big games in College, He will struggle against the skins. I love the bet and I am going big with the skins. GO SKINS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree, he will be a shell of the QB we faced the last time, and that ain't good for the Sucs.

I seriously doubt they'll be able to utilize the same gameplan as before. Our running game is doing very well right now.

Welcome to the site. If you feel you KNOW how the results of the playoff games, take a look at the Hognostication Wild Card threads in the Around the League forum.

The fact that the home team is laying 2.5 points is usually an indication that Vegas considers the two teams to be even.

Well our running game was doing well in that game too...we ran for 185 yards (Clinton had 144). I think more important is we have Taylor back, so Simms won't be able to cherrypick those deep TD passes this time.

Exactly. Taylor will make a huge difference.
Plus Corny will help get more pass rush.

I moreso meant along the lines of time of possession and ball control. It seems that we're definately wasting tons of potential team for the oppossesion moreso than before. You are absolutely right tho.

Vegas always give the home team 3pt. so the way I see it Vegas has turned this into a pick'em game. Yes the first game was decided by 1 pt. But they'll be no going for two in the playoff.

Looking at how the Bucs seemed to have trouble putting away the Saints at home. I think we have a really good shot a beating them. I'll be wearing my Redskins Playoff Bound Tee with pride on game day.

Thanks Floridaskinsfan! The bucs D is pretty good but I feel we can get a good amount of points on the board against them. we scored 35 last time and the last three games we've scored way over a hundred points. I am predicting 28-17 Skins win. c ya at the game!
