On offense, I would have to give the MVP to Clinton Portis. He proved that he was committed to this team and helping them win, when he showed up to training camp with about 20 extra pounds in muscle. He new he was going to have to grind all year and I am so proud that he got the rushing record!
On Defense, the MVP is without a doubt....Lemar Marshall! He led the team in Tackles(98) and Interceptions(4). This guy stepped up to fill the huge void left by Antonio Pierce. This guy deserves to be in the Pro Bowl!!!

I would have to say that we have a triple threat on offense for MVP...certainly The most valuable is Portis, but I think Moss Brunnell earned a share.
On Defense I would have to go with Marcus Washington, although Griffin's presence is also a big factor. We are a much better defense with him inside.

Well, I think Griffin has shown himself to be the most valuable on defence this year. He's one of those guys whose absence makes you more aware of just how good he is.
On offence, tough choice between Moss and Portis. Moss has obviously opened up a lot of options for the coaches this year. His big play threat makes opportunities for others, and I think we can safely say the Redskins have found an heir to Gary Clark, and then some. If only we could find an Art Monk..
But, a Joe Gibbs offence will always be about running the ball and only by doing it successfully will everything fall into place. Portis has been an absolute warrior with and without the ball this year. Portis makes everything work. He's an every down back with big play potential and willingness to get hurt.
On special teams, I'll go with Mike Sellars, with an honourable mention to Ade Jimoh, if only because the guy deserves some positive comment.

The tie breaker for me between Portis and Moss on offense, is the leadership role CP has taken on this team. After that veterans-only meeting prior to the Rams game, he has taken this team on his back and become the face of the offense.
On defense, I guess I would go with Corny. As someone stated, his absence showed just how important he is to this defense, although Marcus Washington is definitely the leader of the team.

Jansen and Samuels have played like the bookends they are touted as, Derrick Dockery may have finally turned the corner, Randy Thomas is without a doubt the best pulling guard in the league. Casey Rabach has been excellent. Corey Raymer has filled in nicely when given the opportunity, and big, bad Ray Brown has looked like a 30 year old.
To all those poeple who wanted to know why we were so happy to have Buges back, there is your answer.

Seeing as how Portis and Moss both broke the Redskins rushing & receiving single-season records (in the same game nonetheless - and something no other team has ever done), I think they both deserve the mvp award. 
ey was also a beast, and definately gets the runner-up. The O-line has been great, blocking for Portis and giving Brunell time to throw the ball - so they get some recognition as well. And Brunell led us to victories over the Boys (twice) and the Gals (twice) - he gets a big shout as well.
Defense - Sean Taylor. Our new "Big-Hit" man (possibly replacing LaVar for that title - although I hope not) has not failed to amaze me in every game he's played this year. In fact, I can't even think of a tackle he made this year that didn't make everyone go, "OOOOOOHHHHHHHH SHHHHHHHHH....."

And what about 'Los? He got burned a few times early in the season, but definately progressed in each and every game (except these last few where he was injured, of course).

), and the coaches. I have to admit that I wasn't sure 5-in-a-row was a reasonable accomplishment prior to 2 months ago, but we made it happen - and it's because of the team working together.
