Sellers

Post by patjam77 »

Guys... I have NEVER bought myself a Redskin jersey but after wtahcing the whole year I am picking up a Sellers jersey. The guy is a BEAST! What finally did it for me was the TD run by Portis vs. the Cards where Sellers was the lead blocker... I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT... He has taken over, in my eyes, Lavar's "role" and become the new face of the Skins. I am so happy he's on this team and I can't wait to see him smash Chad Morton on Sunday! Anyone else notice how he is becoming the unheralded hero of this team this year?? Again, the guy is a BEAST!

Wait, you think Mike Sellers is the face of the Redskins? Or do you mean for just yourself?

sorry... i'm at work so i had to type quick... i think in my eyes he's taking over as the face of the skins... i know he isnt as flashy as portis or as productive but he plays with such emotion and heart. wish lavar (probably) being gone next year i think this guy should be the guy everyone thinks of when you think Redskins... jut my thoughts... i think this guy would jump off a bridge for this organization and joe gibbs
May #21 never be worn again by another Redskin but may every Redskin play like they are wearing #21 on their backs.

Sellers is definitely one of my favorite Redskins. He has that mean streak and physical nature that intimidates the opposition. This year, with the exception of his reaction after the cheap shot from that Raider jerk, he has learned to control himself on the field much better. He can lay the wood on special teams, and score TDs on offense. I bet he'd make a great linebacker, too, if given the chance. He's a bad ass, no doubt.

Sellers is the kind of guy I would like to have on my side if I entered into a group brawl in the hood. Not that I have done that since ... well, since I was younger but still. You know where his commitment lies and he has tons of courage.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

I couldn't agree with you more. That chump from the Giants can't hold Sellers' jock strap.

I don't even count that. That was dirt cheap. If some one hit me in the back and cracked one of my ribs.......I understand.

Sellers is the kind of guy that will give all he's got because that is what it takes for him to be on that field.

Sellers is a tough guy all the way. He always gives it 100 percent every play and is a beast when he is lead blocking. 8)
