He must know that with everyone keying on Moss, he will get plenty of single coverage, just like he did in Minny with the other Moss.

Someone that will definitely be considered:

WR Antwaan Randle El Pittsburgh

Joe Gibbs likes him A LOT.

But the IDEAL receiver for us would be one of the two STANDOUT receivers wasting their time in Phoenix:

L. Fitzgerald and A. Boldin.

None of them will come our way next season but EITHER would be great. I am a fan of Fitz in- and out-side the fied. But this guy Boldin is EXACTLY the guy we need: physical, speedster, intense, competitive, and a man with a heart.

What a waste both.

Antwaan Randle El and Kevin Curtis could be great pickups because of their amazing speed and agility. I really see both guys as great number 2 recievers and I wouldn't forget about Burleson either although he'll probably get resigned.

Reggie Wayne and Brandon Lloyd r my favories so far, but I think that we'll probably end up with someone like Kevin Curtis or Ike Hilliard

not to toot my own horn but i'd love it if we could get the guy I said we pick up at the start of the season, Big Joe in Seattle. I've always liked this guy since he came out of penn state. Sure he's not blazing fast but he runs great routes and is always open. Even if he's not just throw it up there and he'll catch it. I think between him and patten we'd have a great no. 2 receiver, depending on the play needed to be run. I think seattle will keep him but if not he'd be a great pick up and still wouldn't command that much money

Patten will be our #2 next year. Has anyone noticed how our offense was playing when he was in there (AT LEAST DRAWING COVERAGE) to now when it is Jacbos and Farris? Patten at least commanded some respect, now all you gotta do is double Moss, which is why his numbers have tailed off. We don't have enough money to go after a big time receiver we need defensive line help badly. Wayne = too much money, Lloyd = no way they let him get out of SF with a young QB who needs targets, Jerevicious = I would like to have him the most out of all, but he is getting up there in age and I believe SEA will resign him. I think Patten will be our #2 next year...

Kevin Curtis my friends...he can get open and has produced on the NFL level. He's not expecting to be a #1 since he's currently a #3.

Brandon Lloyd is also a possibility.

But we're expecting Patten back so the team isn't going all out spending too much money on the #2 so forget Wayne

With Bruce aging, I'd be surprised if the Rams let Curtis go. But yeah, I'd love to have him.

Reggie Wayne played with Santana at the U. I doubt we could afford him though.

How about a trade of LeVar for Fitz? Dennis Green would love to have LeVar. One huge issue with this -- we couldn't afford the cap hit. Maybe we do the trade after June 1 and postpone the cap hit until 2007-08.

Boston -- A BIG no.

Koren Robinson - We had a chance to sign him earlier this year, didn't do it...won't do it.

Randal El - not a true wideout really. Good punt returner though. A Brown looks good, if he can hold onto the ball he can throw all the kisses he wants.

A number of these guys are not #2's...some maybe were in their day but not anymore.

Gardner -- he'd come cheap!

If we cant find someone from that list of FA's how about Moss's brother at Maimi? I don't believe he is a senior though. He may come out if he could. We have no early picks also.

Santana said he wouldn't want his brother on the same team as him. Atleast for his first few years in the League.

Plus we dont need two midgets on the same team. We need some height.

Terrell Owens for a 2 year contract then draft all Defensive Line. Simple. Not Rocket Science.

I have to agree with the TO sentiment, I say if the Skins can get him for the veteran minimum or something approaching that, they'd be foolish not to consider it.

I don't think Gibbs would want TO on this team. He brings too much drama and attention, although our pass attack would be insane with him and Santana.

Do you guys who advocate for TO really think we'd be able to keep him AND Santana both happy? We don't throw the ball enough to satisfy the needs of two #1 receivers.

That's why it would have to be a 1-year contract. TO's going to want a new one the second year anyway.

Not that I'm advocating for TO. Considering he didn't help the Eagles win a title and he single-handedly destroyed the team this year (well, I guess he had lots of help from the media and Drew Openmouth) I'm not sure its worth it.

Nate Burleson or Brandon Lloyd

Burleson and Moss.....I like the sound of that

And if insk1der or whatever can make a list of WR's coming into availability it would be awesome if he could also do DL and CB's including a few who we could draft with our 2...Thanks
I miss you 21.

God I wish we had a second round pick.
