i've become a law and order: criminal intent freak in the past few months, and tivo has helped me feed my addiction. so i'm sitting there watching one of the many episodes my beloved tivo has saved for me, when who should appear on the screen but john riggins.

i was so shocked that i had to rewind a bit just to hear what he said. and then again to pay attention to his acting ability. his part was only about a minute, but he had a few lines, and i thought he did great. no mohawk, though, or attitude. he played a rich white guy who was lying to protect another rich white guy.

the episode was called 'my good name', and it aired in may of this year. the guest spot earned him a spot on imdb. anyway, i thought someone might be as amused by this as i am.

Yeah, I didn't see it, but I have heard him talk about it on several occasions. He also acted in a soap opera a year or so ago.

I heard the acting job from the soap opera on the radio, and based on your assessment, I'd say he has vastly improved. :lol:

On L&O:CI, I can't stand the main guy. It is the only L&O I can't watch. Its the same as the main guys on all the CSI shows. It just annoys me that the one guy knows everything about everything.

i find it amusing that no matter what the topic is, goren can spew tons of info on it. he's the ultimate know-it-all. for awhile, whenever i saw vincent d'onofrio, all i could think of was 'e'gar' from MIB. and when i see the chick cop, all i can think of is her partially nude scene in stir of echos. waka waka.

i was into special victims for awhile, but there are only so many kids i can see raped, beaten and killed before it begins to get a little old. especially since i have youngins myself.

i'd watch the original L&O, but the main lawyer dude really gets on my nerves. he looks like he has some mental disability or something.

Wait! Mental disability? I entrusted my life savings to a finacial company because he did the commercials for it! :shock:
