Hypothetical on Gibbs
Let's say that after this season Danny decides to fire Gibbs? Would you still be a fan? Would you still support the organization by going to games?
This is completely made up by me. But if it did happen, I would seriously consider finding a new favorite team or stop watching football...

They day Danny died would be the next time I supported anything he ever did.

So i guess your saying you didn't/dont support him Rehiring Gibbs then? Or trading for portis? Or spending infinate cash to try to win? Look, hes obviously made mistakes but you can not question the fact that he wants to win at ANY cost. I thank god we have an owner willing to spend money and try to win. we could have an owner like the bidwells. Danny has made some dumb moves but he has been picked on far more than any owner in recent memory, partly because of his mistakes but also becuause hes young, rich and cocky. But he has been a redskins fan since he was a kid and he's willing to spend money to win. As far as the topic... IF he fired Joe then i would personally create the www.selltheredskins.com website. But there is no way he would ever fire him. Joe will leave when HE wants to on HIS terms, that much i know.

No I think what he's saying is that if the situation happened, he wouldn't support any move by Danny until he died... not questioning his past, but questioning the future after the impossible...

i would support this team under any ownership except hitler, and maybe george bush.
... "The Redskins" is a free-standing entity, indepent of owner, coach, players, etc. if the person running the 'skins were evil, i wouldn't stop loving the redskins- i'd join whatever cause i could to free them from a tyrant.

Id definately boycott Danny. Pickett signs and the whole nine. He'd have to resign if he fired Gibbs.

I was born a Redskin fan. Can't be unborn and wake up a (Baltimore) Colts fan. Or Giants or whatever.
But Snyder will never fire Gibbs. Anybody who was old enough to watch and understand SB 17 would feel like they had been granted all their magic wishes if they could own the Redskins and have Joe Gibbs as coach.
