my review...feel free to rant

Post by frankcal20 »

This weekend we face a much tougher matchup than everyone gives them credit of. Arizona ranks 1st in passing and receiving, and they rank last in Rushing. Now if you know anything about our defense, we rank 10th in recieving/passing and 15th in rushing.

I just hope that we arn't going in there thinking that we are going to blow them out. I just think that they are better than whats on paper.

I agree, no ranting here. They're not as bad of a team as everyone thinks. I'm pretty sure we'll come out on top but we're not going to kill them like the Seahawks did to the Eagles.
"I was on the sideline and guys were talking about the score, and then it hit me -- we won by 21. I came in the locker room and I yelled it out, and immediately I just kind of broke down in tears. Because I miss Sean, you know."

No1 in passing because they play from behind every week. Let's hope this week is more of the same!

I get nervous about every game, and this one is no different. The Redskins have proven that every team on their schedule (apart from the 49'ers) is dangerous, so nobody should take this lot lightly. Same old formula - run the ball, protect the ball, and avoid big plays on the defence.

There is no one playing for the Redskins thinking that any game on any day is any tougher than the next game and only that game!
We all have fun making predictions and analysing the passing game and the defense against this and that - nothing like that is happening with these players and coaches - the media love to hype this all the time - it means absolutely nothing. The players play the game and every game (and each and every play) is a "big deal".

Houston beat the Cleveland Browns and only lost 16-10 to Cincy! The 49ers beat St Louis and the Bucs!

At the end of the day the only thing that matters is that we will win this game this week.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

I just saw on NFL Live that Warner has over 300 yards passing in the last 4 out of 5 games. We need to have our pass rushers get on Warner and contain Boldin and Fitzgerald.

I also saw a stat that Warner has yet to win a home game this season. Lets hope that continues on Sunday.

Remember folks --- "this team" has beaten us before when they had worse offenses. Playing the Cardinals is not what it once was in Gibbs' first "go 'round". They are dangerous and can beat us if we don't take them seriously.

Skins fans at the game can turn this into a "home" game for our beloved team. Let's rock the stadium for the Burgandy & Gold. This is a big game....NFC team and we are still alive for the playoffs. We need to get our run game going to keep their passing game on the bench...and of course, no turnovers. I'll be there (with my wife) in section 127 singing Hail to the Redksins every time we score.

Hail to the Redskins, hail victory...

I would like to have Fitz as our SECOND receiver next season if things do not work with Taylor Jacobs and Patten. I have always liked the play and attitude of that kid.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Greetings from NYC: Agreed. If we establish the run game and keep the turnovers down we should come away with a victory! Look forward to seeing the folks at the Falls this Sunday!!

The Skins cannot and should not be adding high-price free agents next season. The Redskins need to adopt a miserly mentality for a few seasons or this looming salary cap nightmare will never end. My 2 cents

I don't see how our team could possibly overlook any other team, including some high school programs.
We need to consider this our SuperBowl. If we lose, we're toast.

Well I will be at the game in section 32 right behind the bench. I will make sure to be as loud as possible. There are around 75 fans from Extremefans coming. It'll be fun.
