The Lowdown on Jason Campbell

Post by redskinsranger »

http://www.nfl.com/draft/profiles/2005/campbell_jason

This has got the true lowdown on his draft stats. I personally see him being a great QB for us. He has, from what I could see when he played at Auburn, that he picks his team up after a slight drop in play. He is always trying to learn what he did wrong, and never blames anyone but himself and uses that to get better. I say go JC...the future is in his hands.[/url]

Yes, when his time is due. But not before that time.
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

:hmm: Why would you be a fan of the Redskins and NOT be a Campbell supporter?

Did he really have to take the IQ test at the combine twice?

I am supporting him learning this offense in and out. I support him having a great preseason next year and I support him quite possibly being our backup next year.

Strange and rather pointless question IMO. But I'll play along. Count me as a supporter.

I think he could be really good if we don't throw him in the fire too early.

Kind of sad we have no your WRs to develop next to him outside of Moss.

Every pray that Cooley is a Pro Bowler or Portis will stop saying "feed me the ball" and more of "why do I need 40 carries a game"?

He's coming into the league with tons of potential -- now it's up to Musgrave, Breaux, and Gibbs to groom him into a franchise QB. I really hope he's a fixture in our organization for years to come.
"The biggest misrepresentation there is that [it's because] Dan's got a lot of money. That's not it," Gibbs said. "We've got a rule. Believe me, if we had no rules, Dan would spend some money."

Even if true, does it matter? Anyone who thinks that intellectual brilliance is a requirement for a quality NFL QB has never listened to Terry Bradshaw.

If we picked up Vick or Young we would be called the Jets or the Saints. We would never draft high enough to pick up these players. I am not even sure these players are a Joe Gibbs type of quaterback
