Pukes sign Barrow

Talk about the AFC, NFC, the NFL Draft, College Football... anything football that has no Washington Football Team relevance.

Pukes sign Barrow

Post by skinsfan1 »

Hope another ex-skin doesn't come back to bite us in the butt!

Dallas Cowboys: Linebacker Michael Barrow, who hasn't played a down in the NFL since the 2003 season, has reached a contract agreement with the Cowboys, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.

The team must make a roster move and release a player before they can sign Barrow, which is expected Monday.

Barrow, a second-round draft pick of the Houston Oilers in 1993, last played with the Giants in 2003. He signed that offseason with the Redskins, only to miss the season with a knee injury. Barrow was released this summer by the Redskins.

I'm not really high on this at all.

14 year vet. Hasn't played in 2 years.

Knee injury with you guys.

Anything he gives us is gravy.

He was on the sidelines all last year, and I'm sure he absorbed some of the schemes of this defense. If he can provide an Antonio Pierce-like boost to your team's offense, then, believe me, you might have an advantage.
Of course, in our crib, you'll have to make sure to speak loudly to try to relay the info above the noise of the rabid FedEx crowd.
Back and better than ever!

If Gibbs doesn't realize that we have to unveil some new wrinkles, then we deserve to lose. We can't let the Pukes sign Barrow just to get the heads up on us and the Giants....we have to change it up.
