Johnson?

Post by skins2357 »

Anyone know who the TE Johnson was? He caught a little screen pass and made a nice run, but I didnt see anything else from him, instead it was all Royal. Thoughts please...

Robert Johnson is the future TE of the Skins.

Robert Royal's days are over.

I wonder, did his days ever start ? What a huge disappointment. Two drive-killing drops.

there is absolutely no reason for royal to ever see the field again as a redskin, unless someone else gets injured. let's see what this johnson kid can do.

Ditto. Somebody has got to hang for this, and we cut Lennie...so it won't be Rabach.
Hang Royal. I'll slap the horse.

A few things... Walt Harris is terrible, and I am glad to see that it only took the coaching staff 3 weeks to figure that out for themselves. Also, Royal should be cut tomorrow, he is terrible, makes you realize already how much we miss Sellers. Also, they should have thrown the ball to Farris more, he was open a few times and Brunell just missed him, but then again, he missed a lot of open guys.

I thought he was going to be good this seao=son since he finished last season with 4 touchdowns in the last 5 games. He has been dropping too many passes and we should give Robert Johnson a chance.

I can't wait to see Robert Johnson get more playing time.

All I really think he needs to do is add some speed to go along with his power and catching ability (which he should work on... just in case) that he has shown since the preseason. He is also a good blocker.

I don't care who plays TE as long as it isn't Royal. What a bun, he droped two passes that hit him right in his hands. The only reason he is even on the team is b/c Mike Sellers got hurt.
