Remember...Jim Fassell all but had the job here before Gibbs came back. I would want a strict disciplinarian that isn't going to allow his players to talk to the media and embarrass the team (cough....Portis, Jansen, Thomas)....Maybe Art Shell, or pull Charlie Weiss away from Notre Dame?

These are 5 in no particular order although I think Stoops would be great for this team: He will open things up and throw deep unlike Gibbs' archaic, horrific, junk offense. He is also a defensive coach so he will look to improve in that area instead of bringing in Methusela-aged, always injured defensive players.
