Come on naysayers... come out and take your lump of coal. Some of you sang the tune for over a year, it's time for your plate of crow.... Brunell's not only playing well, he's playing as well as any quarterback in the league.
Im a naysayer, and I will agree he is playing well, however because he was such garbage last year the first 9 weeks, his garbage play could have cost us a wild card, hard to say but he definatly cost us a couple games, but like I said that was last year.
My game ball goes to Mike Sellers, he made some big plays at big times I thought.
I'd like to give an honorable mention to Patrick Ramsey, who has been nothing if not honorable. Did you guys notice how he's always yelling his head off supporting the team? When Prioleau jumped on that fumble, Ramsey was halfway on the field cajoling the refs to make the right call. When time was running down on the 40 second clock, he was yelling for a time-out. When Brunell came off the field after the final kneel down, he met him on the field and gave him a big bear hug.
Respect, Unity... I love it!
Game ball for me goes to Portis... they guy played 110% and made soooooo many blocks.
Don't matter where you are.... YOU'RE IN REDSKINS COUNTRY!
Mark Brunell, not for any one particular play, not for any series of plays, not for any TD pass(es), but for simply making wise, intelligent, good football decisions. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say that absent his often used mobility (though he uses it this year, just not as often), he's having as good a year, if not better, than any year he had in Jacksonville. Game ball to Mark Brunell for his intelligence.
Sit back and watch the Redskins.

Portis gets mine. He fought hard for every yard and scored a crucial td. Not only that but he made some great blocks against the very aggressive Philly defenders. Running down the Eagles player that recovered Brunell's fumble was also a huge play and shows that he gives 110% on every play and never gives up.

My game ball goes to 56. He was disruptive on the field and humble off the field, coming out in the press this week and saying that the coaches were right to hold him out. That's the difference in a professional and a "T.O.".
RIP 21
