This week's cartoon

Post by BossHog »

... is finally posted. Better late than never, and it's tardiness is due to it's epic length (trust me, two minutes of cartoon in a week is epic  )

It was junior's idea this week, and we hope you'll enjoy our little poke at the two guys most responsible for the Giants success so far this season - Eli manning and Plaxico Burress.

http://www.the-hogs.net/Flash/

Just click on the TV to go to the Toon section... it's affectionately called, 'So Happy Together'.

Use the tell-a-friend to send it to all your Redskins' fan friends... and your Giants' fan friends too.

Just a note on the Tell-A-Friend while I'm thinking about it... the e-mail sent provides a link to the Cartoons section, not the actual cartoon itself. There is a box on the tell-a-friend page that allows you to add a piece of text to the e-mail, so you can tell your friend what cartoon to chek out, or just add a personalized message... just an FYI. :-)

I never say anything about the cartoons. I like them, but cartoons aren't really my bag.
As a fan living within whiffing distance of the swamp, this cartoon really speaks for me.
This is a fantastic effort. Thanks, boys. Needed the lift today.

You couldn't have written that. You can't bend at the waist to write on a desk or type on a keyboard, and you most certainly can't hold a notebook or a keyboard on one hand while writing with the other. Of course you are writing on this message board which means you can do the impossible, but then if that's true you must oh no, I've gone cross-eyed.

Thanks guys! Great stuff - I certainly hope Eli is looking forward to getting up close and tight with #56 & #21.
Until recently, Snyder & Allen have made a lot of really bad decisions - nobody with any sense believes this franchise will get better under their guidance
Snyder's W/L record = 45% (80-96) - Snyder/Allen = 41% (59-84-1)

Eli's taking more then football lessons from big brother then, huh?? lol

Great job on the toon fellas!

I think Damage Inc. is a great name for our defense. Maybe you guys should make a damage inc. tshirt with the hogs.net logo on it and pass it along to a player or two. You never know when you might see that on the pictures at Redskins.com or something! ;-)

Homer: "No Flanders, it's a meeting of gay witches for abortion , you wouldn't be interested!"

Now that, my friends, is a very good idea. And this before the game, well done, "mean girl".

This is the cartoon that has given me the most laughs to date. ROTFALMAO

It will be interesting to see a "meeting of minds" across the field between Shockey and Taylor. That is where the U. guys meet!
Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

I have to admit that making this Toon was a little difficult because I had to listen to the song 500 times as usual... normally that's not a problem other than getting sick of it, but I just kept laughung every time the song started.

There were so many things I could have done with it, but I lack the cartoon/animation aptitude to do so... and the one week deadline always makes it tough.

Glad you all enjoyed it though.

Keep sending it to your friends. :-)

Definitely. Let me know when I can buy one!
DE Renaldo Wynn re: Marcus Washington: “They were like, 'No.53, man, what’s his deal?’” Wynn says, smiling. “I told them, 'This dude is full speed.’ Even when they were kneeling on the ball, he was still coming. Marcus has only one speed.”
