even more pissed than yesterday
i taped the denver game and am watching it again, and couldn't believe my eyes when i realized what i saw. we all know the 2nd Tatum Bell "Touchdown" was complete bullcrap, the result of a ridiculous block in the back. but watching the 1st Bell TD, i realized there were TWO denver players holding!
as bell comes around the corner, #91 Griffin has gotten around his block and is lunging toward Bell, only to have his blocker (#66) reach up from beside him and wrap his arm around Griffin's neck, grabbing on to his shoulder.
additionally, #91 Killings was heading toward bell when #65 refused to disengage, holding onto him from behind the whole time.
even if these guys weren't able to make the tackle, they would have made bell hesitate and have to take it all the way to the outside right then and there. one of our other guys would have made the tackle easily at that point.
so, i am officially ready to declare the REAL final score of this game:
REDSKINS: 22 (add the safety and the extra point, since we would have had no need to go for 2)
DENVER: 7 (both rushing TDs were bogus)

OK, I will adjust all the Hognostications results accordingly ...
But we might have a little more trouble to convince the NFL to change all the stats, the standings, and the refs.

Daniel Snyder has defined incompetence, failure and greed to true Washington Redskins fans for over a decade and a half. Stay away from football operations !!!

Agree
Yes. What goes around comes around. And the way we are playing, by then we will be 100% good clean football, as we Skins win the RIGHT way.
It will be reMARKable. I wonder how many puns we can do on Mark Brunell.

DE Renaldo Wynn re: Marcus Washington: “They were like, 'No.53, man, what’s his deal?’” Wynn says, smiling. “I told them, 'This dude is full speed.’ Even when they were kneeling on the ball, he was still coming. Marcus has only one speed.”
