parking blue pass question and tailgateing

First time I am going to a skins game and I have a blue parking pass.
Can i drink in that area or only the green and ornage pas people can.
I am under the impression that you can drink but not bbq in the blue area.
If anyone can anwser this question the info will be helpfull

According to the stadium guide on Redskins.com, "Tailgating is permitted in all parking lots. FedExField parking lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff."
