Sorry all you Nats fans out there, but the best team is still the Braves....they did it with over 15 rookies on their roster and with 3/5 of their rotation hurt...Bobby Cox deserves to be Manager of the Year AGAIN!!!! GO braves!!
It is amazing what he does with teams year after year. I'll definitey give him and the team that. However, their post-season woes are quite something in itself.
The opinion of 10,000 men is of no value if none of them know anything about the subject.
Congrats on taking the division. Them Braves are definetly the team to beat. Hopefully, we'll be able to finish strong next year and give you guys a run for your money.
I think Houston is the team to beat personally. There four man rotation is phenomenal.

Bobby Cox is the BEST regular season manager in the business, but he is the worst post season manager for the exact same reason. Over 162 games, his even-keeled support of his players wins division title after division title. When it comes to the post-season, he manages the games the same way, as if losing a few games won't matter in the long run. But there is no long run in the post season. That being said, I just have a feeling the Braves are going to win it all again this year.

You have a good point there, but when I was talking about team to beat I was refering to our division. They've won the East division so many years in a row that I've just lost count. I hope the Nats end up breaking that streak.
looking at it now it,s been 10 long years.
bobby is a great manager but when it comes to post season he seems to be his own worst enemy but what he has done from day one is remarkable indeed.
