Dallas looses...not Skins win.

Post by SkinsHead56 »

Just listen to every report ESPN, ABC, NFL Network.
The hosts are scrambling (like a 36 year old #8 :D ). They all had their "Dallas wins" notes ready to go.
So what happens?
The Skins don't come from behind to win. No that sounds like the offense actually did something. They don't fight for a close game. That sounds like a team that belives in the coaching staff and fellow teamates.
What happend then?
According to these aformentioned fools Dallas lost the game.
Thats right even in a great comeback win the 'Skins get no respect. To hell with'em then. Sean Taylor get that pay back on Crayton. Moss you're too small. Brunell you're too old. Gibbs this game has passed you bye.
Well I hope the rest of the league recognizes that the 'Skins are going to "steal" their share of games this year.
Hail to the Redskins!
In memorium Sean Taylor 1983-2007 R.I.P.

Long live the Legend of "Meast".

I was expecting this, especially since we didn't even make the front page of ESPN yet. They still had that horrible Saints game up there.

Let the media say what they want. I want to see what they will be saying when we get into the playoffs.

yes we won...but lets not count our chickens yet...im not trying to dampen our win...but we have a long way to go

this was a much need win for us...in 14 games we've beaten the cowgils once....( besides 2night)....its wasnt a great game but yes it was a much needed win!!!!!... im still not happy with our play calling...and like i said im not trying to be a downer...just realistic...
Hail to my Redskins.....we needed this win!!!!!!!!

Close game that we never should have let you come back in, two screw ups in a row and that's the game.

We held Moss to basically one catch for 41 yards until the fourth quarter, don't know why we didn't have Newman or Henry covering him but that's the rivalry.... you never know?

Good defensive game by both teams, two big plays pulled ya'll ahead. Congrats on the win, see you in Dec!

Sure wish we had a real kicker about now....

You didn't hold Moss to JACK $#@%! The only thing holding Moss back was Brunell's arm until he really aired it out there in the 4th.

Personally, I hope the media continues to disrespect our Skins. It will be the best fuel for our players each week if we are winning and no one is giving them the proper credit.

So many publications were picking us to go 4-12. Gibbs should have that plastered around the locker room.

The defense already plays with plenty of attitude. It is time for our offense to get some swagger and want to punish fools on the field.

I definately noticed that after the game all the espn.com's and cbssportslines and foxsports didnt have anything about the game for a good while. I hope they continue to bash us, that will just make each win that much better.

If I am correct, the redksins should be listed as the number one team in the NFC east as they are 2-0 and 1-0 in the division. However, both espn.com and nfl.com have them beneath the Giants as leading the NFC east.

Paranoia or conspiracy?

This should fuel the players even more!

Ok I'm wanting to see headlines like this. Let them keep not believing in us. I believed. All along I believed. Even when some of THN posters were hanging out saying it was over or running off to bed. The media can keep squawking. I'm gonna keep believing!

Not that it has much meaning at this point, since NY hasn't played any division games, but I guess we technically have the lead because of the better divisional record. However, I think most sites just put tied teams in alphabetical order.

We could have said the same thing a number of times over the last few years. It serves of no consolation. Believe me. A loss is a loss.

They do it by winning percentage, then alphabetically. If the Giants lose next week, we will be #1 in the division.
